Our First Fountain

The Montgomery, Alabama landmark known as The Court Square Fountain has the honor of being the very first fountain restoration project undertaken by Robinson Iron. Contacted by the City of Montgomery in the late 1970's
Richard H. Robinson, President of the firm personally supervised the removal, restoration and installation of the sculptural figures on the fountain. More recently Robinson Iron has been involved in a more extensive restoration of the support structure and main tiers. We can think of no lovelier example of Mr. J. L. Motts' work and no better fountain as our first.
