Robinson Iron uses TNEMEC paint systems exclusively. Fountains receive a coat of zinc-rich primer. Over this initial coating they and all other pieces receive a two component epoxy primer. A finish of acrylic polyurethane is then applied. Any color can be matched to another manufacturer's color number, a munsell number, or a color swatch. Special finish requests may incur additional charges.
• Gloss Black, Satin Black, or Matte Black
Gloss is very shiny, Satin is semi-gloss, and matte is flat
• Charleston Green
A very dark shiny green
• Gloss white
A brilliant shiny white
• Verde Gris
A soft grayish-green glaze hand applied over black
• Pompeiian Green
A soft bluish-green glaze hand applied over dark olive
Note: Hand applied glazes will vary due to the amount of surface detail
and the individual applying them.
